Meet Our Coaches

Alex Diggory, CSCS

Alex is the Co-owner of Atlas Peak Performance. He has 10 years of experience in both the private and collegiate settings, having graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Kinesiology. He started the S&C program at West Chester for Football and Men and Women’s Track and Field teams. He played Rugby for West Chester and semi-professionally for the Chicago Griffins Men’s Rugby Club.

He has his CSCS and is USAW-Level 1 and USATF-Level 1 Certified.

Brendan Erne, CSCS, MS

Brendan is Co-Owner & Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning and has 8 years’ experience in the sports performance industry. Previously, Brendan was an assistant S&C coach at Liberty University working with more than a dozen varsity teams, including track, baseball, tennis and lacrosse. He also worked at a private Athlete Performance facility where he was the Director of Sports Performance. He has his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from University of Delaware and earned his Masters’ in Human Performance from Liberty University.

Brendan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Meghan Coulton, CSCS, MS

Meghan is the head strength and conditioning coach and the facility manager of Atlas Peak Performance. Prior, Meghan was a head sports performance coach at Relentless Athletics where she worked with female athletes in the small group and team training setting. She graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Exercise Science and is currently finishing her Master’s in Exercise Science from West Chest. During her time as an undergraduate Meghan was an intern and assistant coach at Atlas.

Meghan has her CSCS and USAW-1 certification.

Kristen Cole

Kristen has been working with Atlas since the winter of 2025. She is also the Associate Director of Olympic Sports at Temple University and has been there since 2022. She is responsible for all training aspects for women’s volleyball and women’s lacrosse, while also having worked with men’s and women’s cross country, women’s soccer, women’s track and field, and football. She has trained several All-Americans across all sports, as well as three members of the Puerto Rican Women’s National Volleyball Team.

Prior to Temple, Kristen worked at Stony Brook University for two years. She started as an intern before being promoted to Assistant Sports Performance Coach. Her responsibilities included football quarterbacks/specialists/skill groups, men’s and women’s track and field, women’s volleyball, women’s swim and dive, and men’s and women’s cross country. She also assisted with softball, baseball, men’s lacrosse, and women’s lacrosse. During her time there, she contributed to two conference championships and two NCAA Final Four appearances for women’s lacrosse, along with one conference championship for cross country.

Kristen is originally from Long Island, NY. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning from University of Delaware and her master’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Coaching from Stony Brook University. She is certified through the NSCA (CSCS), CSCCa (SCCC), USA Weightlifting Level 1, and the American Heart Association (First Aid/CPR/AED).

Samuel Payne, CSCS, MS

Samuel Payne is a performance-driven Strength and Conditioning Coach specializing in speed development, Olympic lifting, and data-informed programming. As the Director of Sports Performance at Limitless Philly, he works with athletes ranging from youth to collegiate levels, designing individualized and team-based programs that enhance movement quality, build resilience, and maximize on-field performance.

Samuel’s coaching philosophy blends science and application using tools like force plates, timing gates, and performance metrics to guide training decisions while maintaining a high-energy, athlete-centered environment. He emphasizes acceleration, max velocity, and change-of-direction mechanics, helping athletes translate strength into sport-specific speed and power.

Prior to Limitless Philly, Samuel served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Pennsylvania, where he supported multiple teams through year-round periodized programming, return-to-play collaboration, and performance testing. His experience also includes roles in both private and collegiate settings, giving him a well-rounded approach to athlete development.

Samuel holds a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Applied Sports Performance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Temple University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach.
Known for his ability to build relationships and drive athlete buy-in, Samuel creates training environments that challenge, educate, and empower athletes to reach their highest potential.

Meredith Marsteller

Meredith is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Atlas Peak Performance with prior experience in both high school and collegiate settings. She graduated from Widener University with her bachelor’s degree in Sport and Event Management while competing in Division III field hockey.

She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Health and Human Performance through Salem University. Meredith holds her USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification and is currently pursuing her CSCS certification.

Amir Cubbage

Amir currently serves as an Assistant Track Coach at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he works with hurdles and high jump athletes. He also has experience as a personal trainer, working with athletes in the private sector as well as adult clients.

Amir earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from West Chester University. He is currently pursuing his CSCS, USA Weightlifting, and USATF certifications.

Austin Moon

Austin is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Applied Sports Performance at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He earned his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from West Chester University and holds his CSCS certification.
Austin is passionate about strength and conditioning, athlete development, and sports performance training.
